"Therapy can help you understand self-love and compassion in a way that you may not have thought possible.  You can learn that everything you needed to find fulfillment in life has been inside you all along."

About Us

Sukūn Therapy is a Toronto-based private practice that offers virtual individual, couple and family counseling services from registered social workers and psychotherapists. We are a woman of colour owned business. The private practice opened in 2021 with the goal of filling the gaps in the mental health care industry, especially within underserved populations such as migrants and BIPOC.

On this website, you will find educational and general information on topics related to mental health, free mental health resources for BIPOC, migrant and refugee populations, as well as storytelling.

Here at Sukūn, we believe everyone can benefit from therapy and we would love to be a part of your journey. We are currently accepting new clients.

What Sukūn Means To Us

Sukūn is a word that originates from the Urdu language and it means peace and tranquility - something we think every single being on this earth wholeheartedly deserves.
